Mandated service depending on the probationer's level of addiction/abuse of alcohol and/or drugs. Treatment programs are conducted at a state approved facility by a licensed substance abuse counselor. (All persons will be tested for alcohol/drugs. If tested positive for either, the participant could be returned to the court as non-compliant).
